This stuff is great! I’ve never made my own pizza crust before, even when we ate wheat, but I imagine wheat based crusts are probably more difficult to deal with – the total opposite of most Paleo baked goods! Mix it up (I used avocado oil, as olive oil shouldn’t be heated past 400), spread it on a parchment lined baking sheet, pop in the oven, VIOLA! Super easy and it tastes great. The smell of it baking was fantastic and it had the doughy/slightly sweet taste of real pizza dough. One thing I do recommend is baking a little longer than suggested, especially if you like it more crispy.
Easy and yummy. On Keto diet. For a more traditional pizza result, add dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the dry mix. I spread the wet mix thinly with a spatula on parchment paper, one mix makes two small pizzas (I prefer more crust because one large pie stays soggy in the middle) then transfer the mix while still on the paper to the pre-heated pizza stone in the oven. Bake longer than the instructions advise, like 25 minutes or more until it is how you like it because once you add the toppings it will absorb that moisture. I like to finish it under the broiler at 450 F.
Just bought 4 more packages. Takes me about 20 min from start to finish which is faster than ordering a pizza. You’ll notice that the batter is a little runny, but don’t worry it will stay together and bake just fine. I mix all ingredients with a Kitchenaid mixer on medium to high for about 30 seconds then pour the batter onto a regular pan with a cookie sheet on it and spread the mixture evenly. When spreading the mixture try and make it thinner rather than thicker because it will rise. I bake my crust in the oven for 10 min then take it out put the sauce and toppings on it then put it back in the oven for another 5 min and its turned out great every time. Now if you’re expecting it to taste just like a regular pizza crust chances are you will be disappointed, but if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to the regular crust then this should hit the spot. Some people might be turned off by the texture of the crust, but it doesn’t bother me one bit after all its a healthier version and we all know the healthier versions aren’t as good as the original. I don’t normally write reviews, but I just have to say that this pizza crust mix is fantastic. It literally takes less than a minute to mix (with egg and oil), and if you already have your toppings ready, you go from crust batter to delicious, flavorful pizza in about 15 minutes!
I don’t believe anyone would know this isn’t “real” pizza crust. I have made it for family and friends, and everyone loves it. I even let my grandchildren put their own toppings on their personal pizzas. One drawback is the amount of carbs – if you don’t worry about carbs, enjoy!!! I recommend this to anyone who must eat only gluten-free or grain-free foods. In fact, I recommend it to everyone!

This mix was actually really good! Heathy stuff usually doesn’t have a great taste so I was super surprised. Its tricky to make though. I purchased two packs and the first I put on a pizza stone and it still made a pizza but wasn’t as great as the second one I made. The second one I greased a cookie sheet and spread the dough on it. That crust was amazing!

I really like this pizza crust recipe! I’ve tried many other paleo crust recipes and none compare to this one, so I’ve ordered this specific brand more than a few times 🙂 I highly recommend it for others. My husband, who isn’t paleo tried it, and he really liked it. It doesn’t form a crust like, regular pizza does but has that crispness that you want in a pizza. It satisfies my cravings for pizza and I don’t feel icky afterwards! It’s my Friday night pizza crust for sure!

We love this pizza mix and have become addicted to its nutty taste (and we don’t even eat paleo). It took a while to perfect the recipe, but it was worth the effort. We cook our crust for 15-20 minutes, until the edges start to brown, before we load the toppings. This makes it turn out like a flat bread pizza. It’s our Friday night tradition to make this in a 9×13 foil-lined baking sheet with a raised seam down the middle to make delicious his and hers pies.
