Paleo pizza crust mix will blow you away and keep us Paleo and Primal folks happy as a clam! This is by far the best gluten-free and Paleo approved pizza crust that I have ever had. And, it doesn't have the soy, wheat, corn, beans or anything bad like that. It's super easy to work with, it's quite tasty, it has a nice texture, and it makes one 14" pizza or two 10" pizzas! Start out by preheating the oven to 425 F with our pizza stone to get a slightly crispier crust. Then using a food processor, we mix the Paleo Pizza Crust Mix with a ½ cup of water and a pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt for a few until it becomes a ball. You could do this by hand or with a mixer by the way. Place the ball on parchment paper, and roll it out to your liking. Then prik the crust all over with a fork. Now you put the crust on your hot pizza stone and cook it for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Next, add your toppings, and place back in the oven for another 11-13 minutes. That's all folks! Slice and serve, and be prepared to be amazed! This remains to me the gold standard of gluten free pizza crusts. Where this product separates itself from other Gluten free pizza crusts is very simple and is largely two things:

I have been grain free for years and have tried every pizza crust out there. This one of amazing. Everyone who tried it at my house has now ordered a pack. It is a MUST HAVE in a paleo cabinet.

Mask the almond

Very easy to make. I baked the crust for only 9 minutes, added the toppings then baked for 10 and it came out perfect. You can definitely tell it’s made with almond flour, because I can really taste almond. I made garlic butter (microwave butter, add garlic salt) and put it all over the crust and center of pizza before adding the topics which helped mask the taste of almond. Though if you like almond, I guarantee making it a margherita pizza would go well.

One of them being crunchy foods our love of pizza

When my husband decided to go Paleo, we talked about the things we would miss. One of them being crunchy foods our love of pizza. I saw this pizza dough and decided that we would try out this Paleo Pizza Crust. We had an open mind and didn’t expect too much, especially on our first attempt with it. We had only minimal issues with the dough. We followed the directions and put the dough on the pizza stone for a few minutes. The dough looked good and we were encouraged. We then placed the toppings on the pizza, and put back in the oven. The pizza came out was very good! The issue is the calories and carbs. My husband prefers to be on a more strict carb plan. At 12g net carbs per serving (12 servings per package), he said that this would have to be a rare treat for us. He is also very concerned about the Xanthan Gum ingredient.

Different from a normal pizza crust, but tasty and effective, moderately low effective carbs

Well, while it certainly does not make a traditional pizza crust, it is really quite tasty. The crust is thin and somewhat brittle, but chewy , more like a cracker than anything else, but that description does not do it justice either. Papa Murphy’s used to make something like this, an ultra thin crust. Anyway, you roll out the crust like you would a pie crust (looks and feels like a pie crust), then you bake the crust until golden, add the toppings and cook the whole thing. I was skeptical, but it was really quite good, everyone liked it. Interesting texture and flavor. I might opt for it occasionally over regular pizza, even if not living a low carb lifestyle. So that says a lot.

I’m very impressed. I knew it would not taste like a full fat pizza from my favorite pizzeria, but I thoroughly enjoyed the taste and texture. My husband also liked it. I’ll be buying this again.

Better than any restaurant GF pizza!

My spouse avoids gluten, not due to an allergy or celiac disease, but a digestive disorder that is improved by avoiding it. So homemade pizza night just doesn’t happen at our house now, or he makes do with the gluten free version from our local pizza place, which is just ok. I tried a recipe online for that was also just ok, and it was kind of a pain to get all the ingredient, assemble then bake. A friend recommended this mix. Husband says it is the best gluten free pizza he has ever had. Just mix together with the water, let the mixer do the work, and roll it out on parchment. Then I transfer it like you would pie crust onto a cornmeal dusted pizza peel to slide into a pizza stone for the first bake. Remove, top, and slide back in for a second bake. He says it is really crispy, which is what he misses from all other gluten free pizza. Now we get pizza from our favorite take out place, he makes this. He’s never had any leftover, so I can’t comment on how it may reheat.
