I was really craving a burrito and had just scored some cauliflower rice. So I tried these. Amazing. Love them. They aren’t huge so you have to make a modestly sized burrito. The first one held together really well even with lots of wet ingredients. The second one had melted through. So pro-tip, either make your burritos as you go or use two wraps for any that will sit with wet ingredients more than a few minutes.

These wraps are amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of these wraps! I made a goat cheese, shredded carrot, spring mix, avocado, and sunflower seed wrap! And I made a dessert wrap too with strawberries and whip cream!

Gluten free, Paleo friendly and they taste great

Love the taste of these wraps and I have used them in a number of dishes. My favorite is frying some onions in coconut oil, adding ground beef until brown then adding some organic sugar free salsa and letting it cook for 15 minutes. Adding this mixture on top of these wraps along with a few spoons of avocado makes a great meal and it’s completely paleo and gluten free. I was initially thinking that one wrap is not strong enough to hold the meat mixture, but to my surprise one wrap is enough and it holds everything just fine without falling apart.

Wrap and Sandwich Re-Discovery, My Gluten Free Friends!

Being gluten free since 2006, I’d pretty much given up hope of finding anything that could serve as a reasonable facsimile for a sandwich or wrap … but I recently chaperoned a field trip where carry-on lunch without a refrigeration was necessary. So I bought these with the intention of creating a peanut butter wrap. I was surprised … no, more than surprised, really … Amazed. I was (and still am) in love.

The are the best tortilla alternative I’ve seen

There is one place in town that carries these wraps and they over price them. When I saw the two pack for a decent price on Amazon, I jumped at it. These wraps are a great alternative to tortillas, of which I fight my addiction to. The ingredients are very simple, non gmo, vegan, and paleo friendly. After I open the wraps I keep them in the original package and then in a gallon ziploc. They keep very well over a long period.

I tried another brand (SunFood Coconut Wraps) that is considerably more expensive than Paleo Wraps that I found locally and even though they are both distributed by Julian Bakery they are different. I think the Paleo Wraps are a bit denser and rip a bit easier, they taste a bit different but overall I think they are acceptable and yummy. I’ve done chicken tacos, breakfast scrambles and BLTs and they are all came out delicious in the wrap.

game-changer for paleo/gluten free diets, delicious too!

These wraps have a sweet, mild flavor and are surprisingly sturdy given how thin they are.

I really LOVED these the first few times I got them

I really LOVED these the first few times I got them. The wraps are soft and thin, wrap nicely around food, and taste good enough without adding much flavor (they don’t taste coconutty unless you eat them by themselves).

Pretty tough- held up to chicken tacos so long as I didn’t let them sit around wet too long. Have kind of a sweet smell, but don’t taste sweet or coconut-y.
