3 Tbsp. Almond Flour
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 Tsp. Arrow Root Flour or Tapioca Flour (non type O blood)
pinch of salt
1 Stevia Packet
1/2 cup Hot water
1/4 cup milk (dairy free, no soy)
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract (optional)
1 Tsp. Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
1 Tsp. Raw Sunflower Seeds (optional) or any other nut or seed
**You can soak seeds for 1 hour before adding, if desired**
1.Measure first the dry ingredients, mix then add all wet into a small pot and place over medium high heat.
2.When the mixture begins to simmer, turn the heat down to medium and whisk until it thickens and becomes hot.
3.Garnish this almond porridge with your favorite ingredients and enjoy!
