Today we’re making homemade, gluten-free, paleo bread. If that’s too many adjectives for you, just call it “delicious.”

Here’s what you’ll need:
2 cups almond flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp agave nectar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 350. Combine your wet and dry ingredients separately, then your wet mix to your dry mix. Bake for 35 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clean. (We left ours in for 6 or 7 minutes extra.) Enjoy!
