Sans high glycemic flours. Full of flavor. They are very calorie dense so pay attention. I’ve figured out that whipping a single egg white and folding it into the batter makes them fluffy like flour based options.

Paleo finally got it right!

I love Paleo diet/lifestyle but you had to admit that most of the adepts are lunatics and have no clue what things should taste like. In the Paleo mind ” if it looks like the real thing, you can trick your brain into thinking it’s the real thing” I’ve tried NUMEROUS paleo pancake recipes. With Banana, Eggs and almond meal…i usually take 1-2 bites before i toss it in the garbage. Either tastes incredibly chalky and dry, or the egg overpowers the flavor and tastes like you’re eating fried egg with sprinkled almond meal.

WOW this is a must try for anyone avoiding grain.

Haven’t eaten pancakes in years although my favorite breakfast. These pancakes are unbelievable good…made with 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter) and put some coconut syrup on them and feeling like I am at the Greenbrier eating buckwheat pancakes again…..this will be a go to gift for any of my friends…

Love this product!

My husband and I were looking for an alternative to the daily grind of eggs when we stumbled across this product.

I love breakfast food so when I saw this I knew I had to try it. It was so good!! I keep telling people it tastes like a spice cake. It is really good with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup. I like it better than regular pancakes.

Must try pancake mix!

I love pancakes and I love these! Paleo pancakes are had to find that actually taste good! I mix in blueberries along with this mix and they taste insane!! These pancakes are unbelievable good…made with 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp Ghee or olive oil or cocnut oil. Drizzle on pure maple syrup and you have a mighty tasty breakfast! Just be sure to watch them when they cook…2 min per side depending on the heat level and pan is all you need. They seem to cook pretty quick so don’t leave them unattended.

Very good mix. Not perfect though, but very good.

We believe this mix is almost spot on. The pancakes are really good. Mix it with egg and some oil (we use either coconut or ghee) and you are good to go. The taste is great for a Paleo product. It is NOT however the regular pancake taste, as the coconut is pretty easily identifiable. Mouth feel is a bit different too, as they will have a bit of a grainy texture. But, my kids (8 and 6) are now demanding I make them these pancakes instead of the regular ones, so “On The Go Paleo” hits the right spot. And we were not expecting them to be exactly like the regular pancakes either.

Delicious, High Fat, Simple. A low-carbers dream.

Pancakes are the thing I miss most from my days before going low-carb and these really hit the spot. I wouldn’t say that they are a perfect replacement for real pancakes. But, what they are is pretty amazing in their own right. They hold together pretty well, soak up butter and syrup perfectly and are just delicious. They are also brain-dead simple to make. If you can make Bisquick pancakes, you can make these.
