I wasn’t sure what to expect from this, but wow. These offer everything you want in a cereal (crunchy, slightly sweet, good flavor & texture) without any of the bad stuff. I stopped eating cereal a long time ago because as much as I love it, I don’t feel like starting my day off with a big bowl of grains and carbs and sugar. Now I get to eat cereal again. These are great with berries and milk of your choice (I like coconut milk…but that’s me!) It’s nice to be able to have some cereal again when I crave it for breakfast or as a snack. I highly recommend it!

It is very flavorful and has a great texture. Even the pickiest eater will enjoy this …

My daughter who has many different allergies and has never been able to have cereal , is able to eat this one with no issues. It is very flavorful and has a great texture. Even the pickiest eater will enjoy this cereal. It’s great finding a healthier allergy friendly food.

These are a AMAZING! For folks on Keto or low carb diets it is a Godsend! They are good on yogurt or in milk. But the real outrageous stuff begins when you crush it and use it to top baked goods. OMG! We make Keto breakfast muffins, basically quiche with cheese, sausage or bacon in a muffin tin. We sprinkle with the flakes crushed and pop in the oven. Dogs miles away begin to bark, neighbors you have not seen for years stop by, what is that smell! You cannot simple cannot beat them. And they’re good for you! There is a God!

I really like the taste

I really like the taste. The most difficult meal for me on alow carb diet is breakfast. I always feel like I there’s nothing to eat. U don’t want to eat eggs everyday. So having guilt free cereal option is amazing. I’m also a coconut lover so that might be why I enjoy this cereal so much. Most of the reviews I read mentioned the high price. If you compare it to regular high carb cereals, it is. But to be fair, a whole coconut cost over $2 at the grocery store and I know it will take more than almost 4 of them to get that box after it’s dehydrated or whatever process they use. I would not give it less stars because of price. I review a product base on quality, taste, or effectiveness. People already know prices before they look at reviews. The information they need in a review should not have anything to do with price. I rely on reviews a lot for the stuff I buy so I like to give honest reviews as well.
