Today we’re making flourless #PSL cake! The pumpkin spice latte…IN CAKE FORM!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Flourless pumpkin cake:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup agave
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1 Tbsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp salt

Espresso cream:
4 1/2 oz heavy cream
3 Tbsp Truvia
2 Tbsp espresso

Pumpkin spice:
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
