A Paleo omelette is the perfect way to start the day. It is a very easy dish to quickly whip and it also tastes amazing.

In this recipe I use the following Paleo friendly ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• 2 Tbsp. Water
• 20g coconut oil
• Salt & Pepper
• 1/2 red onion
• 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
• Handful of Baby Spinach
Now the Paleo toppings I have used in this recipe is just one variation. You can do any combination you like as long as it consist of Paleo friendly ingredients. You also don’t even need to include any toppings with this Paleo omelette recipe.
When you go to cook this it is best to use a non-stick frying pan as this will help prevent the omelette from sticking to the pan and tearing.
Controlling your heat is very important when it comes to and kind of omelette. If the heat is too high the egg will cook fast and burn. If the heat is too low then it will just take forever to cook and might increase the chance of it sticking.
